The HP AlphaServer GS1280 server is HP's high-end Alpha platform, offering 64bit high performance and high reliability in an exapndable server, supporting up to 64 processors and up to 512GB memory.
The AlphaServer GS1280 is available in 8-, 16-, 32- , or 64-way expandable model, and can be configured with 2 processor partitions to deliver up to 32 virtual servers in one system.
